Payment Policy

Unless other arrangements are made in writing between both parties, all projects at New Western Productions (will be noted hereafter as NWP) requires a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to their initiation and the remaining due upon completion. Full payment is due upon project completion.

Development Policy

All development materials will be channelled through one designated person. Any other materials not submitted through this channel will be ignored and not replied to. Client Confidentiality is a serious issue and we at NWP treat it as such. Files and information are to be shared through the designated channel only, and we do not “share” files. Any and all files that the client wants shared with other parties must be sent/received by the client; NWP holds no liability for such actions. The initial consultation is free of charge, other meetings unless called by NWP will be charged at hourly rate including travel time. NWP reserves the right not to accept projects that promote racism, pornography, or anything that is of objectionable contents. Websites created by NWP must have the statement "Website designed and Hosted by New Western Productions” placed at the bottom of each page. NWP reserves the right to include in our portfolio any projects created or developed by us.

Limitation of Liability

NWP will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the projects that we developed. NWP reserves the right to delay or stop any project development for any reason without liability. NWP will notify the client immediately of any changes of project development status, and make appropriate arrangements. If a stoppage in development is caused by client, the client will not be refunded the deposit.

Project Contents

All digital and non-digital materials supplied by the client to NWP for project development must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. NWP is not responsible for copyright infringements found on these materials.

NWP reserves the right to change/update policy, services, and prices without liability.
